How it works
- We detect the schema version (FA(2) or FA(3)) and read sprzedawca, nabywca, wiersze faktury and the P_13/P_14 VAT buckets.
- Net, VAT and gross amounts are recomputed per rate and compared with the totals declared in the file.
- If the file name contains the KSeF number, we show it on the invoice.
Questions
Is my invoice uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read by JavaScript in this tab and never leaves your device. You can disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded and it keeps working.
Where do I get the XML?
Download it from the KSeF taxpayer application or from your accounting system. This page does not log into KSeF.
Is the PDF an official visualisation?
No. It is a readable copy for your records. The XML in KSeF remains the original invoice.
