Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] LLC, [Registered address], Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan ("we", "us"), which operates Nibbo. By using the site you accept them. If you use Nibbo for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

Nibbo provides tools for converting, compressing and editing video, image, audio and PDF files. All processing happens in your browser on your device. We do not receive, store or back up your files, so keep your originals. Results depend on your browser and hardware, and some tools may not work on every device.

3. Free use and Pro

The free version is supported by ads and handles files up to 3 GB. Nibbo Pro removes ads and the file size limit and may include extra features listed on the Pro page.

• Price. $2 per month, or the amount shown at checkout in your currency, including taxes where we are required to charge them.
• Renewal. Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.
• Refunds. If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Later payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers). You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By starting Pro straight away you ask us to begin the service during that period; if you withdraw, the refund above applies.
• Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Payment. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; their terms also apply to the payment.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep all rights to your files. Because they never reach us, you alone are responsible for them. Only process files you have the right to use, and do not use Nibbo to break the law, infringe copyright or other rights, or harm others.

You must not:

• attack, overload, scrape at scale or reverse engineer our servers, or get around limits or payment;
• resell or embed the service as your own without our written permission;
• block or tamper with ads in a way that breaks the site for others, or generate fake ad impressions or clicks.

5. Our rights

The Nibbo name, mascot, design and code are ours or our licensors'. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed on the site. We may change, suspend or discontinue tools. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms; if we end a paid subscription without cause, we refund the unused part.

6. No warranty

The free tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet a particular size, quality or format. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 10 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters for Pro subscribers, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use Pro after that means you accept the new terms, and you can cancel before then.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and disputes go to the competent courts in Tashkent. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there. EU consumers can also use the EU's online dispute resolution information at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
