UYAP UDF to PDF

Open Turkish UYAP Doküman Editörü (.udf) files and save them as PDF or plain text, with ç, ğ, ı, İ, ö, ş and ü intact. Nothing is uploaded.

How it works

  1. A .udf file is a ZIP with the text and its formatting in content.xml. Nibbo reads the paragraphs, alignment, bold, italic, underline, font sizes, tables and pictures.
  2. Pages are laid out on A4 with the margins and orientation from the file, in Noto Sans, which covers every Turkish letter.
  3. Everything happens in this browser tab: court documents stay on your computer.

Questions

Does the PDF keep the e-signature?

No. If the .udf was signed (it contains sign.sgn), that signature belongs to the .udf file and does not carry over to the PDF. Nibbo tells you when a file was signed. Keep the original for official use.

Why does my layout look slightly different?

The UYAP editor’s own fonts are replaced with Noto Sans, so lines may break in different places. Headers and footers are not converted.

Is it safe for confidential case files?

The file never leaves your device; there is no server that could receive it.
